This Privacy Policy describes the information that ampd, operated by Xilligence (“ampd,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, processes, shares, and retains in connection with the ampd platform and related services (“Services”). This Policy applies to all users of ampd, including creators, brands, agencies, and visitors. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy and agree to the practices described.

What information do we collect?
The information we collect about you depends on how you use the Services. We collect information in the following categories.
Information you provide
Account information.
When you register for ampd, you provide your name, email address, password, and the role you have selected (creator, brand, or agency).
Profile information.
You provide information to build a profile that other users can discover. This includes profile photos, biographies, content niches, brand descriptions, agency details, links to your social media accounts, sample work, and rate cards. The specific fields depend on your role.
Connected account data.
When you connect a third-party social media account (such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, X, or LinkedIn), you authorise us to access certain data through that platform's official application programming interface (“API”). This data includes public profile information, audience metrics (size, engagement rate, growth), audience demographics (age, location, gender breakdown), and post-level performance.
Communications.
When you message other users, send connection requests, submit briefs, approve content, or otherwise interact through the Services, we collect and store the content of those communications and interactions.
Payment and tax information.
To process payouts and billing, we collect bank account details, payment information, and tax identifiers (such as PAN and GST registration numbers) where required by applicable law.
Support communications.
When you contact us for support, send feedback, or respond to surveys, we collect the information you share.
Information we collect automatically
Device and connection information.
We collect information about the devices you use to access the Services, including device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, and language settings.
Usage information.
We collect information about how you interact with the Services, including the pages you view, features you use, the actions you take, the times and frequency of access, and performance data.
Cookies and similar technologies.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, authenticate sessions, and analyse usage. For more information, see “How do we use cookies and similar technologies?” below.
Information we receive from third parties
Social media platforms.
Through the connections you authorise, we receive the data described under “Connected account data” above.
Service providers.
We receive information from payment processors, fraud prevention services, and identity verification partners as necessary to provide the Services.

How do we use your information?
We use the information we collect for the following purposes.
To provide the Services.
We use your information to create and maintain your account, display your profile to other users on the platform, match creators with brands based on fit and audience data, deliver messages and notifications, run campaigns end-to-end, and process payments.
To personalise your experience.
We use information about your role, profile, and activity to recommend relevant creators, brands, agencies, and campaign opportunities.
To improve the Services.
We use aggregated and de-identified information to analyse usage, identify and resolve issues, refine our matching and recommendation systems, and develop new features.
To communicate with you.
We use your contact information to send transactional communications related to your account, campaigns, and payments. We also use it to send product updates and marketing communications, where you have provided consent.
To promote safety and integrity.
We use information to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, harassment, spam, and other harmful behaviour, and to protect ampd, our users, and others.
To comply with legal obligations.
We use information to comply with applicable laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), tax and accounting laws, anti-money-laundering regulations, and lawful requests from authorities.

How is your information shared on ampd?
ampd connects creators, brands, and agencies. To provide the Services, certain information is visible to other users on the platform.
Profile visibility
Profiles on ampd are visible only to users who are logged into the Services. Profiles are not indexed by search engines and are not accessible to anyone without an ampd account.
Information visible to creators, brands, and agencies. Within the Services:
Creators' profiles are visible to brands and agencies. Visible information includes the profile photo, biography, content niche, connected social media handles, audience metrics, audience demographics, past campaign history on ampd, and rate cards (if added by the creator).
Creators' personal email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, and bank information are not visible to other users.
Brands' profiles are visible to creators and agencies.
Visible information includes brand name, logo, category, website, brand description, and active campaign briefs published by the brand. Internal financial information, payment details, team communications, and budget information are not visible to other users.
Agencies' profiles are visible to brands and creators within campaigns the agency manages.
Visible information includes agency name, logo, website, team size, and the campaigns being managed. Client rosters, internal communications, financial information, and team data are not visible to other users.
Your controls
You can edit your profile at any time, choose what optional information to share, disconnect any social media account, and pause your profile from being shown in search results.

How do we share information with third parties?
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their independent marketing or advertising purposes.
We share information in the following limited circumstances.
Service providers.
We share information with vendors that perform services on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it. These include cloud hosting providers, payment processors (which are PCI DSS compliant and regulated by the Reserve Bank of India where applicable), email delivery services, customer support platforms, analytics providers, and fraud-prevention services.
Legal and safety reasons.
We share information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, court order, or governmental request, or where we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of ampd, our users, or the public.
Business transfers.
If ampd is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you in advance of any such change and your information will continue to be protected.

How do we use cookies and similar technologies?
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, authenticate sessions, remember your preferences, and analyse usage. The categories of cookies we use are:

Functional cookies, which remember your settings and preferences.
Analytics cookies, which help us understand how the Services are used.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings or our cookie consent controls. Disabling certain cookies may affect functionality.
§ 06
How long do we retain your information?
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for the period necessary thereafter to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Account closure.
When you close your account, your profile is deactivated immediately and is no longer visible on the Services. Your personal information, profile, messages, campaign history, and uploaded files are permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 days of account closure.
Backups.
Information may persist in routine system backups for a limited period. All backups containing your information are fully purged within 90 days of account closure.
Legally retained information.
Some information must be retained for legal and tax compliance, including billing records, GST documentation, and transaction history under Indian law. This information is limited to what is required by law and is deleted upon expiry of the applicable retention period.
Aggregated and anonymised data.
Information that has been aggregated and stripped of personally identifiable elements may be retained for service improvement and analytics purposes.

What are your rights?
You have the following rights with respect to your personal information.
Right to access.
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Right to correction.
You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
Right to deletion.
You may request the deletion of your personal information, subject to the legal retention obligations described above.
Right to data portability.
You may request your information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
Right to withdraw consent.
Where we rely on your consent to process information, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Right to object.
You may object to specific types of processing, including processing for direct marketing.
Right to lodge a complaint.
You may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act, 2023, or with your local data protection authority if you are located outside India.

How do we transfer information internationally?
The Services may store and process information in India and in other countries where our service providers operate. When we transfer information internationally, we apply appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law, including Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, and other recognised transfer mechanisms.

How do we protect your information?
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest (AES-256), strict access controls and audit logging, vetted cloud infrastructure providers, regular security assessments and independent penetration testing, and ongoing staff training on data protection. No system is entirely secure. In the event of a security incident affecting your information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

Does ampd direct the Services to children?
The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will take appropriate steps to delete that information. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact support@ampd.world.
§ 11
How will we notify you of changes to this Policy?
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy on ampd.world and, where appropriate, notify you through the Services or by email. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
